INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Kale
1 7"-8" Banana
1 2 3/8" Orange
2 Stalks Celery stalks
1.5 Cup Water

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add sliced banana and peeled orange one by one to make layers.
2. Cut celery stalks in pieces before adding into blender. Also 
add 1 cup kale
3. Add superfood as per your taste - I usually add - Chia seeds, 
Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all 
smoothies. [Nutrition Facts doesn't include superfood]
4. Add 1 1/2 cup water and blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed 
to liquefy the content.
